Do you deliver to all 7 Emirates and how long does it take?
Yes — we deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Orders placed before midnight are dispatched for next-day delivery, and delivery is free on orders over AED 200.

Is the warranty valid in the UAE and who honours it?
Yes. Consoles and hardware carry their official UAE warranty, honoured through Optrenex as a licensed UAE distributor. Games and sealed software are covered against manufacturing defects — any defective item is replaced.
Are PS5 discs and Switch cartridges region-free in the UAE?
Yes — PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch software is region-free, so any disc or cartridge we sell plays on your UAE console. Note that downloadable content and store credit remain region-specific to your console account’s store region.
Can I pre-order launch-day titles and when are they dispatched?
Yes. Pre-orders are confirmed at checkout and dispatched for launch-day delivery across the UAE. Rewards members earn Wallet Bonus on pre-orders exactly as on regular orders.
What is your returns policy?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards are accepted worldwide via Stripe, alongside Google Pay — all charged in AED. For customers in India only, Razorpay and Cashfree provide UPI, netbanking and wallet payments.
