These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Optrenex Retail website and services operated by Optrenex International General Trading LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE (Trade License 1546242, TRN 105290096400003). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Orders are subject to stock availability.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE (1–3 days), the GCC and internationally via Emirates Post, DHL, FedEx and partner carriers. Delivery times are estimates.
Returns & issue reporting
Report any issue within 7 days of delivery. Unboxing videos are required for high-value items. Sealed software may only be returned if defective, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
Loyalty program
Wallet Bonus Balance is earned as a percentage of the product price as shown on each listing, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expires per the terms shown on each product.
Dispute resolution
All disputes are subject to UAE/DIAC arbitration. Before initiating any legal proceedings, please contact us at legal@optrenex.com so we can resolve concerns in good faith.
