Optrenex Loyalty Rewards Program

How the system works

  1. Activate membership. Purchase the Optrenex Rewards Membership for AED 29 + VAT (AED 30.45). It activates on your customer account and is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
  2. Earn on every order. While your membership is active, orders earn Wallet Bonus: 10–32% on games, 10% on accessories, and 5% on consoles and gift cards. The exact rate is shown on each product page.
  3. 1 point = AED 1. Your Wallet Bonus is issued as AED store credit on your Optrenex account after payment is confirmed — you can see your balance any time in your account, and it applies automatically as a payment option at checkout.
  4. Redeem within 32 days. Each credit is valid for 32 days from the date it is issued and expires automatically afterwards. Membership keeps you earning; the 32-day clock applies to each credit.
  5. Renew annually. When your 12-month membership lapses, earning pauses until renewal.

Program terms

  • Rewards require an active membership at the time of earning.
  • Membership fee is non-refundable once rewards have been earned or redeemed, except as required by UAE consumer protection law.
  • Wallet Bonus credit is personal to your account and non-transferable, with no cash value outside redemption.
  • Credit earned on an order is reversed if the order is cancelled, refunded or charged back.
  • Wallet Bonus is issued in AED and redeems 1:1 against future orders.
  • Optrenex International General Trading LLC (Trade License 1546242, TRN 105290096400003) may amend program terms with notice, in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.
