Sealed items
Unopened games, consoles, LEGO sets and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The item must be in its original sealed packaging.
Defective items
Any item with a manufacturing defect is replaced at no cost — contact us and we arrange collection and a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.
Opened software
For authenticity and licensing reasons, opened games can only be exchanged if defective.
